this is the 4th week since John has been working in Columbus. At times it doesn't seem that long, time flies they say, and yet it feels like forever.

Tonight I get to go out with some girlfriends. It will be fun. I enjoy them so much. We are a silly, sometimes loud, goofy, group of ladies. Each one is so different and I appreciate them all. They all have very different and unique gifts. C is a talented artist, J is an entrepreneur, S is very strong in her faith, L likes to travel to her hideaway island, V is grandma precious, and D is our matriarch with very strong convictions.

We will have fun tonight and I can't wait.

Isn't she beautiful? This princess does not like to have her picture taken. It is usually a battle so if I can sneak a photo of her it's a wonderful thing. She is 3 and loves to play! I love this girl more than words can possibly express.

Oh Man

Well this has been a interesting start to the new century, 2010. What do we call this year? "Twenty-ten"? Ten? What?? Oh well, what does it matter? It's a new year and I will probably make a few mistakes on my checkbook until it sinks in.
